Yes, items are available for pick up at our office at 55, Jalan Bulan U5/167, Bandar Pinggiran Subang, Section U5, 40150 Shah Alam, Selangor, Malaysia from Monday to Friday between 9am – 5pm. When you place your order, leave a note at checkout cart stating that you would like to pick up your order personally. We will contact you via email/Whatsapp once your items are ready for pick up.
Courier companies usually take up to 24 – 48 hours to update and reflect the tracking status. So not to worry if you do not see the delivery status on the first day of shipping. However if you have difficulty tracking down your parcel, kindly contact us for assistance.
